I am deeply passionate about sharing powerful practices to support you in feeling your most vital, vibrant, and harmonious self. Practices that help you sleep better, calm your racing mind, relieve you from stress and anxiety, find more peace, slow down, and empower you to source the medicine you need from within.
The Breath is the central thread of all my work, and I consider all of my sessions to be Breath-Centered. I integrate breathing practices, mindfulness techniques, and embodied movement rooted in Yoga and Qigong to curate sessions uniquely tailored to your current desires for health and harmonious living.

We start by cultivating deeper awareness
Cultivating deeper awareness is the first step towards getting to where you want to be.
We begin by acknowledging your current state of being and how you want to feel, and we establish the pathways to help you get there. Simplicity is key. Our practices will be centered on using the Breath to increase your sense of self-awareness and self-connection.
Our sessions aim to equip you with the tools to increase your resilience, self-regulate your nervous system, shift your state from stress to ease, gain more clarity and become more in tune with your emotional state and what your body is expressing it needs.
Because the results you experience will be unique to your commitment and practice, I cannot promise specific outcomes. This work is designed to support you for long-term health and harmony and requires self-practice outside of our sessions, a commitment to your journey, and the understanding that there will be bumps along the way. Sometimes the journey might feel slow, frustrating, and confusing. Sometimes it might feel illuminating, profound, and expansive. As your guide, I'm here to support you along your unique path and remind you that the way forward is within.

During these one-hour guided sessions, you will be invited to experience a deeper connection to your natural breath. Each session will begin with a gentle Breath∘Centered movement practice to prepare the body for Breathwork and close with a mindful Breath∘Centered meditation.
The focus of these classes is to improve our connection to our natural breath and experience subtle practices to support lifelong health and harmony.

At their core, the practices I teach and share, rooted in ancient Eastern wisdom, create opportunities for you to peel back the layers of conditioning and rediscover the inner wisdom of your most natural self.
Through movement, breath work and spiritual introspection learn how to deepen your self-awareness and discover how the practices of self-trust, speaking your truth, compassionate listening and surrendering to all that is will open the doors to your most expansive and love-filled life.
