You could decide right now to change your life and make the radical choices needed to get to where you want to go. I did, a few years ago. (more on that, here).
Yet, change doesn't have to be drastic or dramatic. It can be a gentle, easeful journey of embodying and becoming. Rapid change can sometimes overwhelm our nervous system. Like a child outgrowing their clothes after a growth spurt, we need time to grow into our new selves.
Unhurried change offers time to pause, reflect and course-correct. Like an oak tree, we can grow steadily upwards and outwards while rooting down and grounding into the earth.

Through movement, breath work and spiritual introspection learn how to deepen your self-awareness and discover how the practices of self-trust, speaking your truth, compassionate listening and surrendering to all that is will open the doors to your most expansive and love-filled life.
